        Answer: You should complete 10 reps per leg.

         

        Question: Should the deck be completed at one time or over a period of time?

        Answer: The deck was created to complete at one time for a full body workout. However, if you are unable to complete the deck in full, you can do as much as possible until you are able to complete in it's entirety.
